Every client asks differently
On top of the network's questionnaire, each hiring client picks its own programs, forms and insurance requirements. Knowing what one client still needs means opening that client's list.
The same document, tracked again and again
One fall protection program or insurance certificate covers several clients, but it gets filed, renamed and tracked separately for each of them.
One missed date costs the grade
An expired certificate or a late annual update can drop the grade in the middle of a job. Renewal dates sit in a calendar only if someone put them there.

Add your hiring clients
Name the client and pick its network. Its list fills with the items common on that network, each with a source you can check. Remove what this client does not ask for.
Mark what you have, upload once
Set each item's status and upload the document with its expiry date. Tick "also use it for the same item in other clients". Network-wide items are entered once per network.

The workspace ranks everything that needs attention across all clients: rejected, expired or overdue first, then what expires or is due soon, then what is missing.
Get reminded before dates
One email when a date comes up: 30, 14 and 3 days before, on the day, and once after it has passed. You can turn reminders off in Settings.

The product
What exactly is PrequalReady?
A web workspace for contractors who must stay qualified on ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce. For each hiring client it keeps the list of requirements, the documents that satisfy them, what is missing and what expires. It ranks what to do next and emails reminders before dates.
Does it connect to ISNetworld, Avetta or Veriforce?
No. It does not log in to the networks, read your grades or submit anything. You keep working on the network as you do today; PrequalReady is where you track your side of it. That also means it never needs your network password.
How does it know what my client requires?
When you add a client, its list starts from items that are common on that network: the questionnaire, insurance, injury statistics, training, common written programs and client-specific forms. Each item shows its source and the date it was checked. Your client's own list always wins: remove what it does not ask for and add what it does.
Will it get us a better grade?
It helps you see what is missing, rejected or about to expire, so fewer things slip. The grade itself is decided by the network and your hiring client, and nobody but them can promise it.
We already track this in a spreadsheet. Why switch?
A spreadsheet can list requirements, but it does not know that one document covers the same item for three clients, rank what needs attention across all of them, or email you before a certificate expires. If your spreadsheet works for one client, it probably still works; the difference shows with several clients and networks.
How much work is the setup?
You can start with one client. Adding it creates its list immediately; then you mark what you already have and upload documents as you go. There is no import from the networks, so the first pass is manual. After that, you mostly update statuses and dates.
Does it write safety programs or questionnaire answers?
Not today. PrequalReady organizes the documents you have and shows what is missing. It does not draft documents, and it does not check whether their content meets a reviewer's requirements.
Can several people in our company use it?
During early access, each company has one login. Team members are not available yet.
Data and security
Is our data safe, and where is it stored?
The app runs on Cloudflare, with the database and files in Eastern North America. Files are private and can only be downloaded through the app after an access check; other companies can never see your data. Passwords are hashed, connections are encrypted and sign-in is rate-limited. Details are in the privacy notice.
Can PrequalReady staff see our documents?
Only if the company owner turns on support access in Settings. It lasts 7 days, can be ended at any time, and every visit is listed there. Operators can technically reach the database to run and repair the service, and do so only when that is needed.
How do we get our data out or deleted?
You can download any file from its document page at any time. To delete your account and company workspace, write to us from the account's email address or send a data request; we delete it within 30 days.

What does it cost?
Nothing during early access. After that, a free plan for one network and up to two hiring clients, and the Workspace plan at $99 per month or $990 per year per company. We tell you at least 30 days before any paid plan applies, and nothing is charged unless you choose it inside your account. See pricing.
Is there a free trial?
There is no trial that turns into a payment. Early access is free, and the free plan stays free after it.
How do I get help?
Use the support page or email support@prequalready.com. Every message gets a reference number, and we reply by email within one business day.
